Gail is the founder of Lindsey and Associates. She holds degrees in sociology and psychology and a master's in clinical psychology. With more than 20 years experience as a mental health professional and 18 years of long term care experience, Gail is widely recognized as a premier authority in the field. After working with adults coping with the aftermath of brain injury, Gail saw the devastating impact of loving families who had never planned for a long term care need. Since then, she has been on a mission to spread awareness of the importance of planning for extended care services. Her first client, her mother, was also one of her first claimants, and she brings with her the satisfaction of having protected her parents' lifestyle and dignity. Gail is frequently called upon to educate other long term care professionals in her field and has been routinely recognized by the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance for her work, often one of the top specialists in the nation. Gail has facilitated a support group for families coping with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia for over 15 years. She has also worked with stroke patients and brain injury individual to help them reintegrate into society. She is active in Family Promise of Chattanooga and volunteers at the Chattanooga Humane Educational Society.
